You have two ways to add a picture to an entry in your shopping list. The first variant you already have seen on the edit entry screen. There you can add a picture in the first place.

The other, quick way, is to just click the picture icon/button on the list entry itself. This will open a popup where you can add, see and/or change the picture quickly.
